TINO SANCHEZ (London, Madrid, Barcelona)
Jazz Dance, HipHop, Musical Dance und Modern/Contemporary
was born in Spain and moved to London continuing his artistic studies at “The Urdang Academy School of Ballet and Performing Arts”, leading to many years of work and experience with the best London West End companies in Musical Theatre Shows like Tonight's the night, Fame, Chicago (Beirut), Miss Saigon, Oh what a night, Hey Mr. Producer (Cameron Mackintosh), Celebration (Andrew L. Webber), Aspect of Dance and many royal galas.
He did commercial and TV works for Top of the Pop (BBC1), CD Uk (LWT), Vodafone Concert (EarlsCoutr Olympia) and many more working with stars like Bonnie Tyler, Enia, Boyzone, X Liberty, The Corrs, Antonio Banderas, Robbie Williams, Celine Dion, Mecano, Ronan Keating.
His choreography work for commercials include videoclips for Ismael (Disney Chanel), Leroy Merlin Television add, Movistar, Many televisión ade for (RCR, cuatro cabezas, Blur, etc), Tele5 New years ad, L’Oreal promotions.
After so many years developing his artistic career abroad he returned to spain choreographing and assisting the famous artistic director Nacho Cano for the musical “Hoy no me puedo levantar” with performances in Spain and Latin America. Followed by “Quisiera ser” the musical, music by Duo dinamico, “Mayo” the musical, directed by Claudio Pascual and “Chueca” directed by Paco Azorin for a Community Project in Madrid.
In december 2008 he moved to germany to perform the role of Pepe in “West Side Story” at the Bad Hersfelder Festspiele in 2009 which was so successful that it will be played again in 2010. From september on he will be working in India with a dance company in New Delhi (www.thedanceworx.com) and start choreographing a big new dance show in hamburg.
Tino has been teaching in many countries worldwide in many styles like Modern, Jazz, Musical Dance, Contemporary and HipHop. He is an excellent teacher as you might see in some of his workshop videos.
